Arcus-Gruppen AS is the largest player in Norway in production, sale and distribution of wine and spirits.  Swedish investment company Ratos is the majority owner of the company, which is represented in all the Nordic countries. 

Arcus-Gruppen AS has strategic and management responsibility for the subsidiaries and also performs shared functions, such as group accounts, finance and property management, development and operation of IT systems, HR and Communication.
