Arcus-Gruppen works continuously and systematically with development of employees and the organization in accordance with the company’s business strategies.

Arcus-Gruppen focuses on systematic and preventive HSE work. The group has established new systems and routines for risk evaluation and internal control. Annual employee surveys are carried out and form the basis for systematic and goal-oriented improvement work.

The Group has established a Code of Ethics to prevent bullying in the work place and has participated as a pilot company in the ”Jobbing uten mobbing” project under the direction of the Norwegian Labour Inspectorate.

Arcus-Gruppen has acceded to the Agreement on Inclusive Working Conditions.
